Friday: realized i was running out of money
Saturday: applied for jobs around the city
Sunday: 5-minute interview with gal named Katie
Monday: started working for Katie's crew (consisting of her, me, and another young-buck named Matt)
Tuesday: work continued

Summary: still waiting to hear from the geologists... but in the meantime, i figure this current gig will be a good warm-up for the work in the mountains... get all the kinks outta the ol' bamboo back...

Conclusion: after a long day of labouring, im going to reward myself with a beer and a nap on the beach.
