the night time is the right time

so langkawi was amazing... we stayed at a really nice resort next to the beach with flour like sands and turguoise waters (the place even had huts built up in the trees!) the food on the island was delicious, the locals were friendly, and best of all - beers were about 60 cents!!
the first night there, we hit up a reggaee bar on the edge of town and met two beautiful british gals named Del & Kel. after many games of shithead and more than a few rounds of tiger beers - the band came on and got the party started. it was an absolute riot. (the pictures tell the story...)

we stayed in langkawi only for a few days and then made our way north by ferry into thailand. from the mainland, we jumped on a bus headed to krabi and met a wonderful bloke named Hltyon from south africa. beers and laughs were shared by all. when we arrived in krabi late in the evening we promptly hit-up the local food market for some delicious thai food & chang beers.

the next morning we were on another ferry to ko lanta were we've now been for the past couple of days. i think we're staying in our third guesthouse on the island, but we've finally found our perfect place on the beach. with all of the travelling we've done in the past week, its nice to finally be able to just chill and have some fun in the sun.
